Brandt Kruescher

Brandt joined Allflex U.S.A. in 2015. He has been involved with the dairy industry for more than 25 years and has great interest in the implementation and use of technology in the dairy sector. He was involved in fostering the everyday use of electronic identification on dairies to streamline and improve both record keeping and efficiency. He sees animal monitoring as the next seismic technology shift occurring in our industry. He has experience in research, herd management and the use of data to improve decision making. Overseeing Dairy activities for Allflex USA and SCR for North America, Brandt is responsible for promoting the unique needs of the North American Dairy industry at Allflex Global in order to improve “Animal Intelligence for Life”. He is a graduate of the University of California at Davis majoring in Ag Education with an emphasis in dairy production. Additionally, he completed his graduate study at Cornell University and was a graduate of Cornell’s nationally recognized Dairy Fellows program, specializing in dairy education and field experience. He managed mobile projects development for Valley Ag Software for 15 years and helped pioneer the use of electronic identification for improved record accuracy and efficiency. Prior to his time with VAS, he coordinated dairy research projects and managed the teaching and research dairy herds for the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of California at Davis.
